Tradition Financial Services España, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. has an internal information system that allows any person related to the activity of the Tradition Group to communicate facts, irregularities, actions or omissions that may involve the commission of crimes, regulatory breaches, as well as conduct contrary to the procedures and protocols of the Tradition Group or ethics.
Your personal data will be processed by Tradition España and will only be used to manage the necessary investigation. The main basis of legitimacy for the processing of personal data is the public interest (article 6.1.e of the GDPR) although there may be a legal obligation (article 6.1.c of the GDPR) and legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless they have to be made available to judges and courts.
Your data will only be kept for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the facts reported. In any case, they will be physically deleted after three months, unless the purpose of storage is to leave evidence of the functioning of the model for the prevention of the commission of crimes by the legal person, in which case they will be anonymised.
We inform you that all the information you provide us with is confidential and, under no circumstances will your personal details be known by the person(s) being reported, having taken all the necessary measures to preserve their identity. We ask you for identification and contact details in order to be able to request further information, if necessary, but these are not compulsory fields.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability at any time by sending a written communication to Tradition España at dataprotection@tradition.com. If you do not agree with the processing of your data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at the same address above. In any case, you can file a complaint with the AEPD through its website: www.aepd.es.
