In this section we provide you with the commercial terms of Tradition Financial Services Espana Sociedad de Valores SAU.
Tradition fulfils its transparency obligations through the MarketAxess APA (TRAX), in accordance with the requirements set out in MiFIR. For this purpose, TRAX applies the deferrals provided for under Articles 11.1 and 11.3 of MiFIR, in accordance with the conditions and criteria established therein. Accordingly, the applicable deferrals are applied based on the characteristics of each transaction and the relevant regulatory requirements.
